What is Pilates?

About me


I am Marloes Meents and a real bon vivant. I've been doing what I like to do all my life. First as a dancer and stilt walker, with performances all over the world. Then as a vitality therapist, personal trainer and Pilates teacher.  

I now have many years of experience in guiding people in the field of exercise, nutrition and coaching. This experience is certainly a plus point in my Pilates training and therefore provides the 'More' in Core & More Pilates.

Very nice lessons from Marloes. It's very differentiated. The exercises last just long enough. You feel that you have worked on and with your body, without being overloaded by the differentiation. The classes are online, but Marloes is very aware of what you are doing and corrects your posture so that you use exactly the right muscles. The lesson flies by!

During my pregnancy I started with pilates lessons with Marloes. First in the studio and later by Corona digitally. The studio is wonderfully light and there is a nice atmosphere, but the digital lessons at home were also great. Every Tuesday after class I felt so much better physically than other days. I was also able to continue with the classes until the due date. The lessons are easy to do and yet challenging. If you get physical limitations or injuries, there are good alternatives. I hope that I can quickly pick up the classes after giving birth to speed up my recovery.
